SHB vs HFX when using Noah_MP

When running WRF with the NOAH_MP option, is there any real difference in choosing SHB vs HFX (to use as sensible heat flux from surface) for computing surface energy budget?
 
You should use HFX, which is upward heat flux from the surface.
Note that SHB is sensible heat flux only from the bare ground.
