start_domain: Idealized case cannot have a separate nested input file

Dear all,
I run a TWP-ICE case (em_real) with WRFV3, and the fault happens when I ./wrf.exe. It shows:

FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: start_em.b LINE: 377
start_domain: Idealized case cannot have a separate nested input file
-------------------------------------------
application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 1) - process 100

I do sure the model is em_real, so I don't know how to deal with this problem.
I would appreciate it if you would take the time out of your busy schedule to check out my problem and give suggestions!

would you please recompile WRF just to make sure your executive files for for real-data case?
This error message apparently indicates that the model tried to run an ideal case.
