To download .25 degree ncep data!

Hi all,


I am currently trying to download the 0.25° resolution data from the NCEP GDAS/FNL 0.25 Degree Global Tropospheric Analysis and Forecast (NCAR RDA Dataset d083003) dataset, but I'm unable to do so. Could anyone please guide me on where to download this data?

You can try ECMWF ERA5 data
