Too much slow simulation process

Dear all,
I run WRF-Chem V.4.4 using chem-opt = 202. I noticed that it takes for model 29 hours to produce 4 hours of simulation. It is too long! and looks really weird.
I attached my name list. Please let me know how I can speed up the simulation process.

What happens by setting chemdt = 0?
If it is set to zero, does it have any effect on the output results?
