I have been trying to compile wrf 4dvar from WRF-4.1.1 without any success. I can compile wrf 3dvar and WRFPLUS. However when I compile wrf 4dvar da_wrfvar.exe does not compile. I am using PGI 2018 on Scientific Linux. I am attaching my configure.wrf and compile.log. I would appreciate if someone can tell me the solution to my problem.
