Unable to download WRFDA

Dear Community,

I am trying to download WRFDA (WRF Data Assimilation System Download) but when I try to access to "returning users" or "new users" it shows up the following error message "Connect Error 2002". Do you have any clue why I am getting that error? Do you know from where I could download WRFDA?
