I tried to install WRF-Chem by following the procedure given in the WRF guide and this one here . I have installed flex and bison yacc and given paths in .bashrc. I have attached .bashrc, compile_kpp.log and compile_wrf.log.
I’ve been working on installing WRF-Chem by following the procedures outlined in the WRF guide as well as the additional steps provided in this guide. I made sure to install both Flex and Bison Yacc and updated the paths in my .bashrc file accordingly. However, I am encountering issues during the installation process. To help troubleshoot, I’ve attached my .bashrc file, compile_kpp.log, and compile_wrf.log for further analysis.
Despite following the steps carefully, I am still running into errors, and I'm hoping someone could provide insights or suggestions to resolve these issues. Any assistance or advice from those who have successfully installed WRF-Chem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
