Hello,

I would like to update the Wesely scheme in the WRF-Chem model. I think it is important to couple the dry deposition to vegetation phenology (such as Leaf Area Index (LAI) ) for the surface O3 (Val Martin, et al., 2014). Has anyone updated the Wesely scheme in WRF-Chem and included vegetation phenology such as LAI into the dry deposition scheme?

Hi Alba,

To my knowledge, no one has included or updated the scheme, though it would certainly be a welcome update! (in addition to LAI assim!). Please let me know if you would like to coordinate this development.
