UPPV3.2 and output from WRF4.2.1

I don't know of a reason as to why it wouldn't work, but this has not been tested since we don't test old UPP versions with new WRF releases, so I can't guarantee it. We always recommend obtaining the latest version of the UPP code unless you are trying to continue a pre-existing project. Feel free to send log output and details about your run if you run into issues running UPP.
