use of use_radar_rv leads to NaN cost function

Hi,

I use radar observation for my DA, it works fine unless I want to also use velocity (use_radar_rv=true), if I do so, I have a NaN value for the cost function.
I am maybe doing a "stupid" error somewhere. I joined my namelist and the output.
