I am trying to use my own land cover data in wrf which is ESA land cover products.

I followed all the steps in this website and could convert them to wps format. (https://summerinthecity.gitbooks.io/summerinthecity/content/converting-to-wrf-input.html) and geogrid.exe finishes successfully. But when I check the output my land cover domain is upside down and goes to the opposite side of my domain.
I also tried write_geogrid.c and got the same results.

Any help will be appreciated.

Nafiseh,

I am not quite sure whether all the information in the website you referred to are correct. Below is the website that you can take a look. I hope it helps for your case. Please see http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/tutorial/201901/duda_wps_advanced.pdf

Would you please follow the instruction there to incorporate your data into WPS? Please let me know if you still have trouble to make it work.
