Hi all,
before the hybrid 3DEnVar data assimilation can be started, a set of ensembles must be prepared to represent flow dependent background errors.
However the user can obtain ready to use 21 ensembles from the GEFS website at each time step ( i.e. at 00 06 12 18).
My question is how to use them in the WRFDA 3DEnVar assimilation process? What should i modify exactly when runnning "gen_be_ensmean.exe" and "gen_be_ep2.exe"?
