Using WRFOUT as input for WRF

Dear all experts,

Kindly asking how to using WRFOUT as input for WRF.
I knew that UPP could be a tool to pre-process WRFOUT before. However, the UPP stops support for WRF data and I couldn't find UPP V3 or V4.1 to download anymore, all links are invalid. If someone can also provide a installation package of UPPv3 or V4 on Derecho, I will be very appreciated!

My question would be how to pre-process the WRFOUT as input for WRF now?

Unfortunately we don't have this capability. I just wonder whether NDOWN works for you?

Dear Dr.Chen,

I am wondering whether you can elaborate how to do that by using ndown? I only used ndown for LES simulation before. Is it like using the coarse wrfout and namelist and then adding a new nesting in the namelist and using ndown? Thank you.
