Hi there. I wanna learn some specific things.
1-Why do I see in ncview 'vash' from 1 to 10 and so2 instead of vso2? In registry.chem file it is mentioned as 'vso2'. Isn't it needed to write in ncview vso2?There is so2 in ncview. If I look at so2 with ncview I think I will see all so2 in my domain. I need to see the erupted so2.
2- There is no wet deposition for so2 in registry.chem file. Do I have to add it? (I want to plot it).
3-How can I extract and plot the values without ncview? If it is with python, where can I post my specific question?
