WPS Compile Issue

Hi all，
I have successfully compiled WRF in coawst v3.4, generated four exe files in the main folder, but there is a problem in the WPS compilation, I am using the Intel compiler, execute . /configure and select 19dmpar, but it failed. Referring to other people's solutions, I re. /clean, execute . /configure and select 17serial, which also failed. I will attach the corresponding log.complie and hope someone will help me with this problem.

Update! This may be due to the version problem, I changed to coawst3.7 after the problem does not exist.
