WPS configure error: Failed to compile the gnu_flag_test program

Hi, My WRF is V4.6.1 .
I want to use WPS4.6.0, but when I execute ./configure and choose 19 or 23 , It will show :

This may be because the selected build option does not work correctly.

my ./compile cannot run correctly.

are you using the intel compilers or gnu
