WRF 4.6.0 firebrand module error (does not have type)

Unfortunately this is beyond the scope of support I can offer, as it seems to be originating from a particular environment setup. If you have a viable solution to get consistent results, I would recommend doing that.

Well at the moment until intel figures it out i guess i have a viable fix
