I'm running wrfvar 4.2 with cycling and RUClsm, assimilating radar and conventional data. Everything works well, but when I turn on mosaic_lu, wrf.exe crashes at the second cycle. The wrfinput at the second cycle do not contain LANDUSEF, SOILCTOP and SOILCBOT, which I think this makes an inconsistency. Am I correct? Is there any namelist option to correct this problem or I have to add these parameters manually to the wrfinput?
