wrf.exe stops running but no error is given

Hello all,

I am running WRF v 4.1.2 on virtual machine using GNU Fortran (Ubuntu 9.4.0-1ubuntu1~20.04.2) 9.4.0.
The simulation is for em_real module running for 24hrs from 2009-05-06_06 to 2009-05-07_06.

I am able to run real.exe but not wrf.exe. The simulation stops running at the 10 minute mark but no error is given.

I have already gone through some common errors for segmentation fault with no success. I do have enough ram/disk space.
This leads to believe the issue is with the met_em* input files but I'm unsure what to look for.

In the attached zip file is a namelist.input, rsl.error.0000, rsl.out.0000, and the first met_em file.

Couple of questions.

1. What is your input data you are using?
2. Can you attached namelist.wps as well as all the rsl error and rsl out files?
3. Are you doing any nesting?
4. how many processors are you using?

1. I am using the grib2 files from NCEP FNL Operational Model Global Tropospheric Analyses, continuing from July 1999. I have also uploaded the grib2 and met_em* files to NextCloud under vk1-wps-input-output-files.zip.
2. Yes, I am attaching them to this post.
3. No nesting
