WRF stops at first timestep without any error - after using high resolution LULC data for geogrid

My runs were successful with 9km x 3 km x 1km with default geog data
But stops at the very early stage when I use high resolution geog data.
My geogrid.exe, metgrid.exe and real.exe ran successful, but only problem with WRF.exe

I attached my namelist files

I see the error reported in rsl.error.0021

In your namelist.wps, you set

geog_data_res = '9kmres','3kmres','1kmres'

What is the data of '9kmres'?
