WRF won't compute near-surface wind speed

So I am trying to run a real case in WRF. The ungrib manages to read all files properly, with every field accounted for, including 10m wind speeds.

Metgrid also succesfully computes surface level, apparently.

But the thing is, in some land points, WRF is not generating wind speed at 100m high, even though Metgrid succesfully computed surface-level values. Land points have the first model level at 1000m high. Offshore grid points apparently do not have this problem, though.

Can anyone help me with this? I am sending namelists and can send logs, ungrib intermediate files, metgrid files, wrfout files, or whatever helps to solve this problem.
