WRF_DEBUG: NetCDF error: NetCDF: Attribute not found

I am sorry to answer late. Somehow this post was skipped.
The error message in your log file indicates that "ERROR: The mandatory field TT was not found in any input data"
Please take a look at your intermediate file and see whether all required fields are included. You may use the utility
WPS/util//rd_intermdiate.exe to check your data. Please save the log file for me to take a look.
