wrfbiochemi_d01 remain the same

Hello,

I found out that wrfbiochemi_d01_Jan and wrfbiochemi_d01_Aug generated by wrfinput_d01 in January and August respectively remain the same. The values of variables such as MSEBIO_ISOP don't change with time and the time dimension only has one time. Is there anything wrong?

The megan_bio_emiss.inp for January is that:

start_lai_mnth = 1,
end_lai_mnth = 12,
wrf_dir = '/public/home/maosier/apps/WRF-Chem/WRFV4.0/test/em_fnl',

The megan_bio_emiss.inp for August is that:

I've also attached the megan.log files.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

Hi Maosier,

Note that the MSEBIO* variables are a baseline emission factor for the species and land surface types. Those are modified by LAI and environmental conditions (e.g., T, light). Your LAI should be different between your January and August files.

Does that mean variables such as MSEBIO_ISOP in wrfbiochemi_d01 won't change with time, while variables such as MLAI, MTSA and MSWDOWN will change for different month simulation?

I checked that the values in wrfbiochemi_d01_Jan seem reasonable. However, the values of MLAI in wrfbiochemi_d01_Aug were equal to 0, and the values of MTSA and MSWDOWN in wrfbiochemi_d01_Aug were just the same as wrfbiochemi_d01_Jan. The logs have been attached above.
