wrfchem parallel run errors

I have successfully run real.exe. However,I met a magic error when I run wrf.exe. I can use 2 nodes (56 cores) to parallel run wrf.exe, but I cannot use 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 nodes to run. The error in rsl.error is in the picture.
