WRFDA 3.9.1 compile problem (no rule to make target 'md_call.m4')

Hi,

I am compiling WRFDA3.9.1 on UBUNTU PC, I have compiled WRFV4.0, WPSV4.0 without prolem. however, when I compile WRFDA3.9.1, it always show a problem of "make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'md_calls.m4', needed by 'md_calls.inc'. Stop."

ln -sf /home/lsl/WRF/WRFDAV3/frame/module_state_description.F .
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'md_calls.m4', needed by 'md_calls.inc'. Stop.

Any help me to solve it? Thanks. compile.out is attached.
