WRFDA gen_be about chi_u ,t_u

WRF and WRFDA are 3.7.1
use ECMWF data as initial field , run wrf by the namelist.input
as example in user's Guide, I run gen_be_wrapper.ksh
however, it won't sucess.
it shows that:

it looks like all right before gen_be_diags,
but into the file “gen_be5_cv5" it shows somethings wrong about chi_u and t_u.
Can anyone tell what wrong it is?
