Hi,
I have run WRF for the RCP scenarios. I am new to atmospheric sciences in general, so slightly confused about analysis methods etc.
I have few questions and would welcome suggestions about a workflow:
1. Is CDO or python better suited to use with wrfout files? e.g. for concatenating daily wrfout files and extracting single/multiple variables to form aa continuous timeseries.
2. I aim to a grid cell wise analysis over my domain, e.g estimating means, percentiles for each grid point on a monthly basis. Do I have to convert the arrays to raster files using R or python for such analysis?
Many thanks.
