WRFPLUS fails to compile

Hello!
I'm trying to build WRFPLUS but it doesn't produce the wrfplus.exe. And the fatal errors include many .mod files missing. I'm building it in separate directory than WRF. I don't what could be changed to try to compensate these issues.

As far as I am aware WRFPLUS is not yet compatible with WRF-CHEM (based on your log file you are compiling WRF-CHEM w/kpp)

WRF3DVAR-CHEM is an option but WRFPLUS I do not think is developed yet.
