1 namelist vs input data inconsistencies found

I can not find the difference in the namelist.input and the met_em .Could you tell me how to rectify the input.

The error message is

d01 2020-09-02_00:00:00 input_wrf.F: SIZE MISMATCH: input file BOTTOM-TOP_GRID_DIMENSION    = 1
NOTE:    1 namelist vs input data inconsistencies found.

This means the namelist claims you are using input data with 45 levels, but the met_em* files are only showing a single level. Something must have gone wrong during the WPS process. Go back and check to make sure you're downloading the input for all levels, and processing them all through ungrib and metgrid.
