I need assistance with an understandable guide on how to make code adjustments so that I have more variables being output/written to the TSLIST.

I want to add the Profile Soil Moisture and Temperature (for each layer), albedo and Soil heat flux. How do I do this - what lines do I add & where?

Take a look at this FAQ post regarding adding new variables to tslist:

You will just need to follow those steps for SMOIS and TSLB.
