After running geogrid.exe and ungrib,exe
the following error displayed while running metgrid.exe

application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 0) - process 0
[unset]: write_line error; fd=-1 buf=:cmd=abort exitcode=0:
system msg for write_line failure : Bad file descriptor

the log file is attached for proper diagmosis

The error message are given below:

WARNING: Couldn't open file FILE:2005-01-01_00 for input.
ERROR: The mandatory field TT was not found in any input data.

This means that the data in the intermediate file is wrong. TT is upper level air tempter, which is a required variable for WPS.

Please double check the data you ungrib.
