i am doing ideal case for em_fire and this error is occuring even after making necessary changes in namelist.ARWpost

Unfortunately ARWpost is an obsolete package. Due to limited human power we are no longer able to debug any possible issue in this package.

I would suggest that you switch to NCL or Python to process WRF data. Sorry for not being able to help more....
