bash: ./link_grib.csh: No such file or directory

Dear sir/madam,
While trying to link the variables from the outside directory, I have used this command to link the variables.
./link_grib.csh ~/GFS\ data/ds083.3/gdas1.fnl0p25.20211201*
I am getting this error.
bash: ./link_grib.csh: No such file or directory
I tried multiple ways to resolve the issue. I am unable to resolve the issue. I have attached the namelist.wps for your reference.

Please go to your working directory, and type the command:
ls link_grib.csh
I guess you will not be able to find this file.
You will need to put "link_grib.csh' to your working directory.
