Calculate total precipitation from WRF output.

Hi

I am new to the WRF model.

I ran the model and got the output variables, I want to know how to calculate the total precipitation?
is it this (total precipitation = RAINC + RAINNC + SNOWC + SNOWNC)
or just (total precipitation = RAINC + RAINNC)

Hi,

RAINC = cumulative convective precipitation
RAINNC = cumulative nonconvective precipitation

So to find total precipitation:
RAINC + RAINNC = total precipitation (cumulative)
