Calculating LFC usinh wrfcape2d function

Hi,
I conducted a seasonal simulation for JJA and want to calculate LFC using the wrf_cape_2d function. However, I am getting very high LFC values for almost 50% of the values. However, when I consider the LFC values for CAPE> 0, they are at a reasonable height. I would really appreciate it if I could get some suggestions on this.

what is your input to wrf_cape_2d?

By saying "I am getting very high LFC values for almost 50% of the values", do you mean that LFC from wrf_cape_2d is 50% higher than its correct value? Is this always the case or just at certain specific times?

Can you upload your script for me to take a look?
