Can you please describe how to calculate target_cfl, target_hcfl & max_step_increase_pct values if the dx=dy=9km & e_sn=e_we=500?

These variables are specified in namelist.inout. Please stay with the default values. They won't change with grid intervals and/or grid numbers.
