CFSv2 hindcast downscaling

I need downscale in S2S scale using WRF-ARW. I am using CFSv2 as Input and Lateral Boundary forcings to WRF. The source of the datasets are

TDS Catalog

TDS Catalog

The surface flux and 3D variables are in GaussLatLon_Projection and LatLon_Projection respectively in two different grib2 files.

Should I need to interpolate anyone into common grid structure and merge all the variables into one grib2 file or any other methods need to apply?
