Compiling problem with WRF4.1.2

Hi,

I was trying to compile WRF4.1.2 with intel compiler and NetCDF 4.5. But it failed. I am not sure if it is because I need to link some libraries or something else. I attach the log.compile here. Would you please help me to figure out what might be the cause of the problem?
