Confusion in basic namelist.input options

Hi,

I wish to run WRF for 7 days and wrfoutput for every hour.

I am not sure what details in history interval and frames per outfile I need to put in my namelsit.input file.

I have looked into tutorial examples and I am still having doubts.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Take a look at this presentation given at our WRF tutorial:

Look for the slide titled "Time and Frequency Clarification." Hopefully that should help to clear things up a bit.
