Did the NCAR and NOAA stop supporting WRF 4.3?

We have been using the WRF 4.3 almost 2 years now with GFS NOAA NCEP and NCAR SST data as the initial and boundary conditions. But recently, NCAR datasets are available eventhough we are using the same directories to fetch the SST data. Or did the NCAR dataset directories changed?. Previously the data would be downloaded from
EMS1 = ems1.comet.ucar.edu
EMS2 = ems2.comet.ucar.edu
EMS3 = ems3.comet.ucar.edu
TYPHOON = typhoon.comet.ucar.edu.

Following file is the log file while processing ems_prep. Thanks in advance for any discussion.
