Differences between wrfinput and wrfout-timestep_0

Hi,

I'm a newbye in wrf-chem. I developed a simple simulation and I've noted a low discrepance between the P and W fields in wrfinput and these fields in the '0' record in the wrfout.

what could it be due to?

P and W are adjusted once wrf.exe starts, and the wrfout at 00 time is written out after the adjustment is done. This is why there are slight differences in some variables between wrfout and wrfout at 00 time.
