Effective and Appropriate namelist.input to fix rainfall underestimation in African equatorial region of both high altitude and low altitude

Please could you advise on the effective and appropriate namelist.input to fix rainfall underestimation in African equatorial regions with both high altitude and low altitude. Thanks.

Also, do you have any plots that demonstrate rainfall underestimation?

In fact, I was able to accurately forecast rainfall on 30 Oct 2025 using attached namelist.input (there were no underestimation). But on 1 November 2025, the same parameterizations that I have used on 30 October 2025 have now overestimated rainfall. Please find attached my namelist.input. Looking to hearing from your advice. I would like to know the parameterizations that don't overestimate and also that don't underestimate rainfall. Thanks. Some plots for 1 November 2025 are also attached. I am saying that there was underestimation based on the attached MSG satellite imagery but also based on my own observation of where I was located (the model was showing rainfall while there was no rainfall).
