ERROR in psfc FATAL CALLED FROM FILE: <stdin> LINE: 1419

Hello, i am new using wrf. I was trying to run wrf for the first time following online tutorial.
Precisely i was following the example of January 2000 Case, described in https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/CASES/JAN00/index.php

I followed the steps and wps compiled. Although, when i tried to execute real.exe in wrf an error happened.
The error happened in this step https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/CASES/JAN00/wrf.php.
I got this error:

Max map factor in domain 1 = 1.03. Scale the dt in the model accordingly.
ERROR in psfc: flag_psfc = 1, flag_soilhgt = 1, flag_slp = 0, sfcp_to_sfcp = F

Hi,
We've gotten several complaints about that case recently. The case is so outdated, so I just simply removed that case altogether. Just skip that, and start with the single-domain case, which should give better results. If you are still experiencing problems, please let me know!
