Error running real.exe

I encountered an error while running real.exe.

I successfully completed the WPS process without any issues, but when I run real.exe, it starts normally and then suddenly fails with the error:

"Caught signal 11 (Segmentation fault: address not mapped to object at address)"

I have several versions of WRF and WPS, and I have tried all the versions I have, yet I end up with the same particular error. I have attached the sample rsl files and the two namelist files I have used, along with the output from WRFV4.6.0 below.

Can anyone help me point out what could be wrong here?

I didn't find any error message in your rsl file. Your namelist.input looks fine.
What is the input data you ungrib ?
Please recompile WRF in debug mode, then rerun this case and save the log file for me to take a look.

Hi @yenongjun, did you solve your issue? I am having the same issue where ./real.exe fails once it finishes domain01 (12km). I have tested in many different ways in different versions of WRF with different met_em files (right now using NAM 12km analysis met_em) where I have also used previous met_em files from NARR (that resulted in successful real.exe) but real.exe failed at the same point when stepping into domain02 (4km). I have checked the domain configurations of namelist.wps and namelist.input and they are identical.
