Extract Mixing Heights

Is there a way of extracting mixing heights or calculating them from variables extracted from a wrfout file?

Would you please clarify what "mixing height" you want to output?

The mixing layer height, the measure for the vertical turbulent exchange within the boundary layer.

I suppose this is equivalent to the height of PBL. Please let me know me if I am wrong.
The variable "PBLH" is included in wrfout.
