Hi WRF team. How do I extract solar irradiance from the wrf output? Do I have to add something from the namelist or edit in the registry? I'm using WRF3.9. Thanks for the help
 
Hi,
Perhaps what you are looking for is SWDOWN (downward shortwave flux at ground surface). This variable should be included in your output history files.
