fail to run real with lightning_option

Thank you so much for posting that. I wasn't aware of that particular issue, but it explains the problem elka_wrf is seeing. I think the issue will likely be resolved in the next big release.

you find attached namelist, that i use, normaly it seem to work good.

Hope that will be fixed.

I have figured out how to fix it from root.
Please check my pull request: https://github.com/wrf-model/WRF/pull/1102.
Hope it will be merged into the next release (4.2.0)
