fails to configure netcdf library on a cluster

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to configure the netcdf library on a cluster and it fails. Please, find attached the config.log file.

Unfortunately we do not support or develop the netcdf library. We can only offer general instructions for installing it, but if it fails, it has something specifically to do with your environment. You will need to discuss the problem with a systems administrator at your institution, or contact a support group with netcdf.
