Hello,

After running WRFchem for several days (from June 24), it occur below error on Jul 3 17:00.
I used previous wrfchemi emission, it can run successfully. Now I use new wrfchemi emission, it has this error, I am not sure the reason.
Could anyone help me that?

Hi,

Can you please provide some additional information? What do you mean by "old" and "new" emissions?

The error you are getting is occurring in the cumulus scheme so I'm not sure how your emissions are causing this..

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for your reply.
The old emission is other group member generated using NEI2011 before, the new one is I generated using NEI2017.
I am trying to generate other emission files, it looks fine so far.
I am not sure what's wrong with the previous emission.
When I converted the 12km emission to my 36km domain, I set missing value=0 because the domain is a little smaller than my 36km domain.
Not sure if it is related with that.
