Field LANDSEA.mask does not have a valid mask and will not be checked for missing values
--- ERROR: Missing values encountered in interpolated fields. Stopping.
 
I am not sure where you download the ERA5 data. Please check those data you download and see whether you have the static information like landmask, terrain height etc in the data. I guess not. if this is the case, you need to download those files that contain these information.
As far as I know. the ERA5 reanalysis data save variables in different files.
